Mentor Assistance

If you need assistance locating mental health resources, please call the NAMI Utah state office at (801) 323-9900, and ask for a mentor.


Monthly speakers give presentations on topics dealing with mental illness and resources available. These presentation are open to family members, individuals living with mental illness and any other interested individuals. 

Held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Utah State Hospital, 1300 East Center Street, Provo Heninger Administration Building, Conference Room.

All NAMI classes and support groups are free of charge 

Family-to- Family

A free, 12-week course for family members of an adult with a mental illness that educates families on how to best care for and support their loved ones and themselves.

Familia a Familia (SPANISH)

Peer to Peer

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 10-session educational program for adults with mental illness who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery.

Support Groups


A free, ongoing support group for adults with mental illness where people learn from one another's experiences, share coping strategies, and offer encouragement in their recovery.

Family Support Group
