Our HelpLine Support Team are individuals who have lived experience in navigating mental health challenges and/or supporting loved ones through them. They are uniquely qualified to assist you. They offer empathy, knowledge, and a shared understanding because they’ve been there, too.

Availability
Our Utah HelpLine Support Team is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4:15 pm. For support, please call our office at 801-323-9900.
Limitations
The NAMI Utah HelpLine is unable to provide mental health counseling, advice, personal advocacy, or referrals to mental health providers or lawyers. We do not provide individual casework, legal representations, or any type of individual advocacy. The NAMI Utah HelpLine is not a hotline, crisis line, or suicide prevention line. If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, please see the resources below.
