The Utah Department of Health and Human Services, the Center for Law and Social Policy, the National Alliance on Mental Illness Utah Chapter, and the Youth of Utah Advocacy Coalition invite you to the Transition Age Youth Policy Summit to be held in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 30th and May 1st, 2024. This is a hybrid in-person-online event.

The dual purposes of the Policy Summit are:

  • to showcase state or local governmental-level policies designed to improve services for transition-age youth (approximately between 16 and 25), and
  • to examine the levels of youth engagement in the development and implementation of these policies. We hope that through the careful analysis of these policies, we can learn valuable lessons on developing transition-age youth policies and ways to improve youth engagement in that process.

If you would like to watch the 2023 Policy Summit, including Youth Panelist highlights, the videos can be found here: https://www.clasp.org/events/utah-youth-transition-policy-summit/
