What People Are Saying
“It has helped me feel less alone on this mental health journey. I have felt comfortable being myself around others in the group.”
“I attend as many groups as I can during the week. I love that groups are a safe and caring space and that people feel comfortable sharing personal and sometimes really difficult information about themselves. Being with other people who can relate to me helps me feel that I'm not alone and that there isn't something wrong with me. They help me see that things will be okay. When I'm going through a really hard time the groups can help me stay out of the hospital.”
“I've learned that it's very important for me to connect with other people, so I'm trying not to isolate so much. I've also learned a lot of different coping skills from people in groups.”
