Peer to Peer

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 10-session educational program for adults with mental illness who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery.

 Please contact David Heaton at 435-851-7833 for information about future dates and courses. No courses are currently being provided in Sanpete County.

Support Group



A free, ongoing support group for adults with mental illness where people learn from one another's experiences, share coping strategies, and offer encouragement in their recovery.
