Free Education Classes (BRIDGES & Progression)
NAMI Utah offers free education classes for adults and teenagers living with a mental illness.

Free Support Groups (Connection & Mentoring)
NAMI Utah offers free support groups as well as mentoring phone calls for individuals needing resources or someone with whom to talk.
