Classes

All NAMI classes and support groups are free of charge.

Family-to- Family 

A free, 12-week course for family members of an adult with a mental illness that educates families on how to best care for and support their loved ones and themselves. 

 
Our affiliate schedules classes as soon as we have a minimum of six participants signed up. Contact us to be put on a waiting list and we will notify you of the next class. If you would like to sign up for a class immediately, Salt Lake and Utah County affiliates have ongoing classes available.

Family Support Group

A free, ongoing group for family members and friends of individuals living with a mental health condition.
